Countr - Server maintenance to revert temporary fix – Maintenance details

We implemented a temporary fix for a temporary problem, which needs to be rolled back in the near future.

The fix will not take 6 hours, however we're not sure when we will be able to implement these fixes - therefore we've set it to 6 hours. Updates will go here, including when it starts.

Didn't even have to restart the bot.

Countr and Premium are now back on a stable line, so ping should already be decreased.
